Ex Works (EXW): All prices on our website are factory exit prices, and they exclude shipping costs, handling fees, and import duties entirely. Shipping Costs: We calculate logistics expenses based on your order’s total weight or volume and its destination. You will cover these costs, and we will add them to your final proforma invoice. Customs & Import Duties: As the importer of record, you must complete all customs clearance procedures and pay any local taxes, duties, or fees in your country. GlimVape will not take responsibility for delays or seizures that stem from customs-related issues.

2. Order Processing & Lead Time

Standard Lead Time: For in-stock items, we process and prepare wholesale orders for dispatch within 1–3 business days after we confirm your payment. Bulk Orders: Lead times differ for large-scale bulk orders. Our sales team will share a detailed production schedule with you once you place such an order. Operating Hours: We pause shipping on Saturdays, Sundays, and Chinese Public Holidays. If you place an order after 2:00 PM (GMT+8), we will start processing it on the next business day.

5. Order Modifications & Address Changes

Before Dispatch: You can request address changes or order modifications only if the goods have not left our warehouse yet.After Dispatch: We cannot modify the destination or cancel the order once the shipment is in transit. Moreover, you will cover any costs that arise from incorrect address information you provided.

6. Shipping Damage & Claims

To protect your interests, follow these steps when you receive your wholesale shipment: Inspection: Check the exterior of all cartons for damage before you sign the proof of delivery. Evidence: If you find damage, take clear photos or videos of the damaged boxes before you open them. Reporting: Send your evidence to us at [info@glimvape.com ]within 48 hours.
