If your vape is producing weak vapor, no vapor, a burnt taste, or failing to fire, don’t panic. Most performance issues stem from minor, fixable causes. Here is a breakdown of the most common problems and how to solve them quickly.

1. Dead or Low Battery

• Signs: Won’t turn on, weak vapor, or a flashing LED light.

• Fixes:

  • Charge fully using the official charger.

  • For disposables, a dead battery means the device has reached the end of its life.

  • For mods, check battery polarity and replace old cells.

2. Clogged Coil or Pod

• Signs: Weak hits, reduced vapor, gurgling sounds, or spitting e-liquid.

• Fixes:

  • Dry hit briefly: Fire for 1–2 seconds without inhaling to burn off excess residue.

  • Clear airflow: Use a toothpick or cotton swab to clear blocked slots.

  • Replace & Prime: If severe, swap the coil/pod. Always prime new coils by adding a few drops of e-liquid and letting them sit for 5–10 minutes before use.

3. Incorrect Airflow Settings

• Signs: A tight draw with little vapor, or a loose draw lacking flavor.

• Fix: Adjust the slider or dial to a medium setting, then tweak until you find a smooth, consistent balance.

4. Burnt Coil

• Signs: Strong burnt or bitter taste, weak vapor, or persistent gurgling.

• Fix: Replace the coil or pod immediately. A burnt coil cannot be repaired.

5. Leaking E-Liquid

• Signs: Liquid on your hands/mouthpiece, gurgling, or weak hits after refilling.

• Fixes:

  • Leave a small air gap when filling (don’t overfill).

  • Tighten the coil/pod securely and wipe away excess liquid.

  • Store upright to prevent fluid from seeping into airflow or battery compartments.

6. Faulty Connection (Mod Vapes)

• Signs: Device won’t fire, fires intermittently, or produces weak vapor despite a new coil.

• Fix: Unscrew the tank and wipe the 510 metal connector dry on both the tank and mod to remove dust or e-liquid buildup.
