Our Refund and Returns Policy covers the following scenarios for our wholesale partners:
Quality Issues: Inherent defects discovered within 7 business days of receipt.
Shipping Errors: Cases where the received model or quantity does not match the order.
Transport Damage: Damage to the product or outer packaging during logistics.
Requirement: You must submit photos of damage and shipping labels within 24 hours of receipt.
Claims raised after the prescribed timeframe (7 business days for quality; 24 hours for damage).
Non-quality issues where the product has been opened or used.
Damage caused by improper storage or operational errors.
Issues beyond our control, such as local policy changes in your target market.
We aim to resolve all claims within 2-5 business days.
Submit Application: Contact our After-Sales Center with your Order Number and evidence (photos/videos).
Review & Approval: Our team will review the claim within 48 hours.
Product Inspection: Inspection is completed within 3 business days of receiving the return.
Final Resolution:
Exchange: We prioritize reissuing products in your next shipment.
Refund: Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
