  • Note: Customized (OEM/ODM) products are subject to separate agreements.

II. GlimVape Refund and Returns Conditions

Our Refund and Returns Policy covers the following scenarios for our wholesale partners:

(A) Acceptable Circumstances (GlimVape Covers Costs)

  • Quality Issues: Inherent defects discovered within 7 business days of receipt.

  • Shipping Errors: Cases where the received model or quantity does not match the order.

  • Transport Damage: Damage to the product or outer packaging during logistics.

  • Requirement: You must submit photos of damage and shipping labels within 24 hours of receipt.

(B) Non-Acceptable Circumstances

  • Claims raised after the prescribed timeframe (7 business days for quality; 24 hours for damage).

  • Non-quality issues where the product has been opened or used.

  • Damage caused by improper storage or operational errors.

  • Issues beyond our control, such as local policy changes in your target market.

III. The Standard Refund and Returns Process

We aim to resolve all claims within 2-5 business days.

  1. Submit Application: Contact our After-Sales Center with your Order Number and evidence (photos/videos).

  2. Review & Approval: Our team will review the claim within 48 hours.

  3. Product Inspection: Inspection is completed within 3 business days of receiving the return.

  4. Final Resolution:

    • Exchange: We prioritize reissuing products in your next shipment.

    • Refund: Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
